His Holiness the 43rd Sakya Trizin Gyana Vajra Rinpoche’s Teaching & Empowerment at the Tibetan Canadian Cultural Center

We were deeply honoured to welcome His Holiness 43rd Sakya Trizin, Gyana Vajra Rinpoche during His visit to Toronto from November 28th to November 30th. This auspicious occasion provided a rare and precious opportunity for our dharma brothers, patrons, and well-wishers to receive profound teachings, sacred empowerments, and heartfelt blessings directly from His Holiness.

The program was held at the Canadian Tibetan Cultural Center and was open to all, with no cover charge, ensuring that members of the entire community could participate freely. The event drew a large and diverse gathering of devotees and members of the public, reflecting the strong interest and devotion within the community.

One of the most meaningful highlights of the visit was the longevity empowerment, which was received by an exceptionally large number of participants. The presence of His Holiness and the collective devotion of the attendees created a truly inspiring and spiritually uplifting atmosphere throughout the program.

This successful and memorable event was jointly organized by Sakya Choekhorling and the Canadian Tibetan Association of Ontario (CTAO). We extend our sincere gratitude to the all the volunteers, and all who attended and contributed to making this gathering a great success.

Rinpoche graciously encouraged us to continue this annual collaboration with CTAO to offer the Sadhana Practice of Noble Avalokitesvara and generously provided seed funding to support this initiative.
